摘要
为从凤尾竹叶中提取黄酮,采用超声波法提取工艺,在乙醇浓度,料液比,超声温度,超声时间4个单因素试验基础上采用正交试验设计优化其提取工艺参数。试验结果表明,超声波法提取凤尾竹叶黄酮最佳工艺参数为:乙醇浓度72%,料液比1∶30(g/m L),超声功率300 W,超声时间10 min,此时凤尾竹叶黄酮提取率为2.226%。
In this essay, the ultrasonic extraction processing of flavonoids from Bambusa multiplex(Lour.)Raeuschel cv. Nana was studied. The optimal conditions are obtained by single factors tests and orthogonal tests.The results were as follows: the solid-liquid ratio of ultrasonic extraction was 1 to 30 at 300 W for 10 min with72 % alcohol. The final yield ratio was 2.226 % at the above conditions.
