摘要 阿萨希毛孢子菌是一种条件致病菌,也是毛孢子菌病最常见的致病菌,可引起表浅部位感染,也可导致深部侵袭性感染,且发病率逐年增高,对其致病机制尚缺少系统及足够的认识,该文综述了阿萨希毛孢子菌致病机制的最新进展,涉及基础免疫状态、生物膜形成、形态转换与免疫逃逸、毒力因子及皮脂腺分泌活性等方面,为临床治疗和预防感染提供了思路与对策。
