摘要
柴油机在船舶实际生产中的应用日趋广泛,其中燃油系统被称为船舶柴油机的血脉和心脏,燃油系统的工作状况将对船舶柴油机的使用寿命和性能产生直接影响。研究针对当代先进的、最典型的76 000 Gt散货船MAN B&W6S60MC型主机,通过建立故障树,对燃油系统进行故障诊断分析,力求缩短维修时间,探索一种摆脱传统经验维修模式的新方法。
The application of diesel engine is increasingly extensive in the ship＇s actual production, and the fuel system is known as the veins and the heart of ship diesel engine. The working condition of the fuel system had directly influence on the service life and performance of marine diesel engine. This paper researched on the contemporary advanced and the most typical MAN B＆W 6S60MC type host of 76 000 Gt bulk cargo ship, made analysis of the fuel system fault diagnosis through the establishment of fault tree to shorten the maintenance time and explored a new method to get rid of traditional experience in maintenance mode.
