摘要
目的对艾纳香口腔护理液进行处方筛选,并对其抑菌效果及抑菌稳定性进行考察,为后期产品开发提供理论依据。方法以艾纳香提取物为原料,以溶液澄清度、口感、除臭效果为评价指标,采用正交试验设计筛选最优处方。对艾纳香口腔护理液进行体外抑菌试验,并考察在37℃下放置5个月的抑菌稳定性。结果筛选得出的最佳溶剂为体积分数15%的乙醇,最佳促溶剂为聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油。正交试验优选得到的最佳处方为:艾纳香提取物∶甘油∶木糖醇∶食用香精的质量比为0.03∶5∶0.7∶0.02。采用优化处方制备的艾纳香口腔护理液初始抑菌率≥90%,具有较强的抑菌作用;经37℃、相对湿度>75%下放置5个月后,抑菌率仍达到80%以上。结论本文所制得的艾纳香口腔护理液澄清透明、口感良好,抑菌作用稳定,具有较高的潜在市场应用价值。
Objective To study the prescription of the Blumea mouthwash,its bacteriostatic effect and the stability of bacteriostatic action in order to provide theoretical basis for the late product development.Methods Blumea balsamifera extract was selected as raw material. The optimal formulation of the mouthwash was optimized by orthogonal design,which was evaluated by clarity of solution,taste and deodorization effect as major indexes. The bacteriostatic effects test in vitro and stability of bacteriostatic action placed under the 37 ℃ after five months later of the mouthwash were studied. Results 15% ethanol was selected as the optimal solvent,and RH40 was selected as the optimal surfactant. The optimal formulation was obtained by the orthogonal experiment as follows: Blumea balsamifera extract ∶ glycerol ∶ xylitol ∶ edible flavor = 0. 03 ∶ 5 ∶ 0. 7 ∶ 0. 02. The results of bacteriostatic test showed that bacteriostatic action of Blumea mouthwash was good with an initial bacteriostatic rate above 90% and it was stable after 5 months with a bacteriostatic rate still above 80%. Conclusion The formulated mouthwash is a colorless transparent liquid which has a good taste with stable bacteriostasis,so it is promising to have a high market application value.
