摘要
当前房地产市场不断变化,百姓对住房品质需求日渐提升。近期,住宅工程质量投诉出现不降反升的情况,结合无锡市的实际情况分析住宅工程质量投诉的特点,提出解决措施。
At present,the real estate market was constantly changing,meanwhile,people are increasingly demanding on the housing quality. Recently,housing project quality complaints increased sharply,this paper analyzed the feature of the residential project quality complaints and gave some solving measures combining with the actual situation of Wuxi.
