摘要
根据原国家科委颁布的《科学技术期刊质量要求》,结合当前农村科普期刊的办刊实际,探讨农村科普期刊的质量评估概念。
Based on <Quality Requirements for Scientific and Technological Periodicals> issued by the former State Scientific and Technological Commission and connecting with the running situation of rural popular science periodicals, this paper probes into the conception of quality estimate of rural popular science periodicals.
