摘要
文章在分析加强科技计划项目监督管理的重要性和必要性、考察国内外开展科技计划项目监管的特点与经验、总结安徽省科技计划项目监督管理的实践与探索基础上,重点研究了安徽省重大科技项目(专项)、安徽省创业投资引导基金、科技计划项目评估评审绩效评价三种监督管理创新模式,提出了加强安徽省科技计划项目监督管理的政策建议。
On the basis of analyzing the importance and necessity of strengthening supervision and management of science and technology plan projects, investigating the characteristics and experience of carrying out science and teetmology plan projects at home and abroad, and summing up tile practice and exploration of supervision and management of Anhui provin- cial science and technology plan projects, this study foeuscs on three types of supervision and management innovation modes： major science and technology projects in Anhui province（special projects）, venture capital guiding funds in Anhui province and assessment, review and performance evaluation of science and technology plan projects, and puts forward policy recommendations on strengthening supervision and management of science and technology plan projects in Anhui province,
