摘要
为解决井下大结构采场切割天井成井速度慢、成本高、安全性差的问题,设计采用一次爆破成井的方式来形成切割天井。确定了合理可行的掏槽方式及孔网参数、装药量及装药结构、起爆顺序及微差时间。据现场统计,一次爆破成井总成本为6.84万元,较普通法节省了成井费用6.46万元,节省工期7~8d,表明一次爆破成井效果良好,可在全矿推广应用。
In order to solve the problems of low speed, high cost and poor safety performance of the incise courtyard in the large underground stope structure, the method of one blasting is designed to form the incise court- yard. The reasonable feasible cutting way and the parameters of the hole net, the charge amount and structure, the initiation sequences and delay time are determined. According to the field statistics, the total cost of one blasting is 68 400 Y, Compared with the ordinary method, it will save 64 600 Y and will advance the construction period of 7 to 8 days. In conclusion, the effect of shaft excavation by one blasting is good, and it can be widely used in Lilou Iron Mine.
