摘要
主要比较了SH/T 0694《中间馏分燃料十六烷指数计算法(四变量公式法)》和GB/T 11139《馏分燃料十六烷指数计算法》两种十六烷指数计算方法的差异和应用范围,分析了不同类型柴油的十六烷值与十六烷指数的关系。结果表明:两种公式计算的十六烷指数存在差异,采用SH/T 0694公式的十六烷指数高于GB/T 11139公式的十六烷指数。但是随着柴油十六烷值的下降,两种计算结果的差异逐渐缩小。同时不同类型柴油的十六烷指数与十六烷值之间存在较好的相关性,这为准确预测柴油的十六烷值提供了指导。
In order to predict the diesel cetane number accurately,two methods(SH/T 0694 and GB/T 11139) for cetane index calculation are introduced and compared,and the correlation between cetane number and cetane index are analyzed in detail.The results show that the cetane index calculated with SH/T 0694 is higher than that calculated with GB/T 11139.However,the difference between the calculation results of these two methods decreases as the diesel cetane number reduces.Besides,there is a good correlation between the cetane number and cetane index for different types of diesel fuel,which provides guidance for the prediction of diesel cetane number.
