摘要
目的 引入CBE培训课程,探讨CBE课程较传统课程的有效性。方法 选取2014年8月~2014年10月张家港市第一人民医院新进护士40名,随机分为两组,20名采用CBE培训课程,20名采用传统培训课程,培训结束后对两组进行理论和实践成绩的考核,并发放课程反馈表。结果 CBE培训课程在课程内容、课程方法、课程效果上得分高于传统培训课程;实验组(CBE培训课程)理论和实践成绩显著高于对照组(传统培训课程),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 CBE培训课程可以在护理培训中积极推广,提高护理服务质量。
Objective Introducing CBE training courses, to explore the effectiveness of the CBE curriculum compared to the traditional currieulum. Methods 40 new nurses were selected from Zhangjiagang first people's Hospital from August 2014 to October 2014.There were 20 patients in the experimental group and the control group.The patients of experimental group were accept CBE training courses , and the control group was given traditional training courses. They were both assessed on theory and practice.Results After receiving CBE training courses, the scores of experimental group increased significantly in Course content, course method, effect of course (P〈0.05).Conclusion CBE training courses can be actively promoted in nursing training, improve the quality of nursing service.
