摘要
针对重型增压燃气发动机的控制要求和更高的排放标准,采用以转矩为核心控制发动机进气量和燃料喷射量的方法,设计多级闭环的燃气发动机管理系统。发动机台架试验结果表明,通过对转矩、空燃比、增压废气阀和电子节气门(Electronic Throttle Valve Control,ETC)等的多级闭环控制,改善了发动机的动力性和燃料经济性,达到了国Ⅴ排放水平。
In order to meet the higher emission standards for heavy-duty CNG engines, a multi-level closed-loop control system was designed, using a torque relation to control the intake air amount and the fuel injection. Experimental data indicate that the dynamic character and economic efficiency of engine were improved by the closed-loop control of torque, air-fuel ratio, turbocharger waste gate and ETC, and the emissions meet the stage - V standards in China.
