摘要
目的：验证胆结石手术期间全面护理对于术后恢复的重要性。方法选择自2013年1月～11月在本院就诊经B超检查确诊为胆结石的患者100名，将其分为对照组和干预组。对照组给予患者普通基础护理，干预组给予全面护理干预即术前心理指导、术前术后的饮食指导、术后管道的护理等。对两组术后的肛门排气时间、疗程及并发症进行比较。结果干预组的疗效明显优于对照组。干预组患者的排气时间与住院时间明显低于对照组患者的相应指标；焦虑抑郁、发热等并发症的发生率也明显降低，差异具有显著性，均有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论手术期间全面良好的护理对胆结石手术的成功以及术后的疗效起着重要的作用。
Objective To study the importance of the comprehensive nursing during the operation for the post-operative rehabilitation of the patients cholelithiasis.Methods Totaled of 100 patients who had been diagnosed to suffer from cholelithiasis through B-ultrasound from January to November 2013 had been selected and divided into intervention group and control group.The patients of control group were treated with regular nursing, while the patients of interven-tion group were given the comprehensive nursing, including the preoperative psychological guidance, the preoperative and postoperative diet guidance and the postoperative pipeline nursingand so on.And the anal exhausting time, the treatment duration and the complications of the patients of the two groups were compared.Results The curative effects of intervention group were significantly better than those of control group.The anal exhausting time after operation and the hospitalization duration of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of control group.The incidence of anxiety, depression, fever and other complications were also reduced, （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions A good overall nursing during the operation plays an important role in the success of the cholelithiasis operation and the postoperative re-habilitation.
