摘要
本文结合海河当前实际情况,分析海河水文化的重要性,强调海河水文化传承和保护的必要性,重点从加强海河水利工程建设;保护开发海河建筑景观文化、桥梁文化;加大依法治理管理力度;对海河水文化建设进行科学合理规划四个方面提出保护传承海河水文化的措施。
In this paper,in combination with the practical situation of haihe river current,analysis of the importance of Haihe water culture,emphasize the necessity of the inheritance and protection of Haihe water culture. Finally put forward the four steps to protect the sea water culture.
