摘要
结合当前我国大学毕业生的就业现状,分别针对本科生和高职生在就业、创业能力方面展开SWOT战略分析,探讨当前高等教育形态下的毕业生在就业、创业过程中存在的挑战及机遇,并探究相应的培养方略,着力构建当代社会形态下大学生毕业生更好的创业、就业前景。
Challenges and opportunities respectively for undergraduates and higher vocational students in terms of employment and venture. To explore the current form of higher education graduates in employment and venture process launched with SWOT strategic analysis. According to the situation of employment for the graduates from colleges and universities in our country,we explore the corresponding strategy for cultivation,and strive to build a contemporary society graduates better entrepreneurship and employment prospects.
