Objective To observe and compare the intravenous catheter blood samples and disposable vacuum blood collection of blood samples effect. Methods Randomly selected from January 2014 to December 2014 in our clinic and 120 patients with diabetes mellitus comparable hospitalization for the study, 60 patients clinic(control group) using a disposable blood lancets, hospitalized 60 patients(experimental group) using intravenous catheter blood to blood vessel elasticity is good, comfortable and successful as the number of cases observed indicators, comparing two ways differences between blood samples collected whether a statistically significant effect. Results In the control group of 60 patients, 32 cases of blood vessel elasticity is good, 35 cases of comfort, 1, 2 and 3 times the number of successful cases were 40 cases, 16 cases and four cases; the experimental group, 60 patients, 54 cases of vessels good elasticity, 56 cases of comfort, 1, 2 and 3 times the number of successful cases were 52 cases, 3 cases and 5 cases, the effect of the experimental group was significantly higher(P0.01). Conclusion Diabetic patients with intravenous catheter need constantly monitor blood glucose applies to cases of emergency and severe clinical treatment of patients, compared with one-time blood collection needles, intravenous catheter can protect blood vessels, reducing blood due to repeated puncture to patients pain and dangerous complications, and help rescue and treatment, has obvious advantages and clinical value.
