本文描述了超导体临界温度的一种测量方法方.系统使用相敏深测,仪器成深头形式,可以直接插入杜瓦进行测量.该装置能测量小至12Oμg的超导体样品的临界温度,信噪比为10:1.
A method for measuring the superconducting critical temperature is described. The system uses phase-sensitive detection. The apparatus is built in the form of a probe which can be introduced divevtly in to a liquid-N storage Dewar and measure Tc ,The apparatus is capable of measuring the superconducting critical temperature of individual samples with mass as small as 120μg with a singal to noise of 10.
