摘要
目的研究云南普洱卫校学生心理健康及其与人格、应对方式和特质焦虑的关系。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)和简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)以及特质焦虑问卷(TAI),对云南省普洱卫校3553名学生进行测评,进行了t检验、方差、相关和回归分析。结果 1普洱卫校学生SCL-90阳性症状检出率为57.15%,SCL-90各因子分均显著高于全国常模(P<0.01)。2普洱卫校女生SCL-90各因子分及总均分均显著高于男生(P<0.01);除敌对、偏执、精神病性外,SCL-90各因子分及总均分呈现显著的年级差异(P<0.05,P<0.01);除躯体化、强迫、焦虑、恐怖外,SCL-90各因子分及总均分呈现显著的专业差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。3普洱卫校学生SCL-90各因子分及总均分与消极应对方式、神经质、精神质和特质焦虑得分呈显著正相关(P<0.01),与内外向得分呈显著负相关(P<0.01),SCL-90总均分、人际关系敏感、抑郁和敌对因子分与积极应对得分呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。4回归分析发现,进入回归方程的因素有神经质、消极应对、精神质、内外向、特质焦虑,标准回归系数分别是0.493、0.136、0.124、-0.094、0.032,可解释心理健康变异量的40.4%。结论云南普洱卫校学生心理健康水平较低,呈现明显的性别、年级和专业差异,人格、应对方式和特质焦虑是影响学生心理健康的重要因素。
Objective To determine the mental health status of students from Pu'er Medical School and its relationship with personality, coping style and trait anxiety. Methods Symptom checklist ( SCL-90), Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ), Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ) and Trait Anxiety Inventory (TAI) were employed to assess 3 553 subjected students. The obtained results were analyzed with students' t test, variance, correlation and regression analysis. Results (1) There were 57. 15% students having positive symptoms to SCL-90, with their each mean SCL-90 factor score were significantly higher than the National norm (P 〈 0.01 ). (2)Each SCL-90 factor score and the total average scores were significantly higher in the female than the male students (P 〈 0.01 ). Beside of the scores of hostility, paranoia andpsychosis, the other scores of SCL-90 factors and total average scores showed significant difference among the different-graded groups (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ). Except for the scores of somatization, obsessive-compulsive, anxiety, phobic anxiety, the other SCL-90 factor scores and the total average scores had significant differences among the different-majored groups (P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01 ).(3)Each SCL-90 factor score and the total average scores of the students were positively correlated with the scores of negative coping, neuroticism, psychotieism and trait anxiety (P 〈0.01 ) , while were negatively correlated with extraversion score (P 〈 0.01 ). SCL-90 total average scores, and scores of interpersonal sensitivity, depression and hostility factor were negatively correlated with the score of positively coping ( P 〈 0.05 ). @The regression analysis found that in the obtained regression equation, the standard regression coefficients were 0. 493, 0. 136, 0. 124, - 0. 094 and 0. 032 respectively for neurotieism, negative coping, psychoticism, extraversion and trait anxiety, which explained 40.4% of the variance of mental health.
