有机催化1,3-质子迁移反应合成三氟甲基-β-氨基酸酯

Synthesis of trifluoromethyl-β-amino acids via organocatalytic 1,3-proton shift transfer reaction

摘要 金鸡纳碱衍生物不对称催化三氟甲基乙酰乙酸乙酯与不同取代苄胺的烯胺产物发生1,3-质子迁移,从而获得了手性的三氟甲基-β-氨基酸酯,进一步水解即可得到三氟甲基-β-氨基酸酯. A series of trifluoromethyl-β-amino acid esters were obtained via an organocatalytic 1,3-proton shift transfer reaction,employing readily available chiral cinchona alkaloids derivatives as the organocatalysts. The amino acid was obtained by hydrolysis.
