摘要
干式喷浆机由于其粉尘浓度大、回弹率高、工作环境质量差,严重危害工人的身体健康,泵送式湿式喷浆机的开发应用从根本上解决了干式喷浆机存在的诸多问题。该机采用泵送式结构,集搅拌、输送、喷射于一体,减少了中间环节,实现了泵送压力高,输送距离远,综合工效高,易损件寿命长,喷层密实、强度高的要求,特别是喷浆回弹率小、粉尘浓度低,消除了对工人健康的危害,节约了喷浆成本,具有极大的应用推广价值。
Aiming at the problems of high dust concentration, high spring, poor working environment and hazards to workers~ health in dry spraying machine, the authors propose the development and application of pumping wet spraying machine, which meets the needs of high pumping stress,long transport distance, high comprehensive ef- ficiency,long--life wear parts, dense spray layer and high strength by combining stirring with conveying and spraying with low spring rate,low dust concentration and no hazard to workers~ health, and saves the spraying cost with high popularization value.
