摘要
目的:观察电针配合耳穴贴敷治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将50例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组25例,在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组给予电针及耳穴贴敷治疗,对照组给予甲钴胺注射液及丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗,2周后观察疗效。结果:治疗组显效10例,有效12例,无效3例,总有效率为88%;对照组显效7例,有效10例,无效8例,总有效率为68%,两组疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:电针配合耳穴贴敷治疗可明显改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者的症状和体征。
Objective： to observe the curative auricular application applied clinical curative effect for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods： 50 patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group 25 cases, on the basis of conventional treatment, treatment group given electric acupuncture and auricular application apply treatment, control group given a cobalt amine injection and salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection treatment, 2 weeks after treatment, results： the treatment group （10cases had marked effect, 12 cases effective, ineffective in 3, the total effective rate was 88%, control group, 10 cases were effective, 7 cases were invalid 8 cases, the total effective rate was 68%, compared two groups of curative effect, the treatment group is better than that of control group （P〈 0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion： the electric acupuncture auricular application sticking therapy can obviously imlarove the signs and svmotoms of t^atients with diabetic oerioheral neuronathv.
