摘要
目的:探讨护理干预对甲状腺功能亢进患者服药依从性的影响。方法:将100例甲状腺功能亢进患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组患者50例。实验组患者则在给予个体化全程护理干预,对照组患者常规护理,。研究结果采用χ2检验和t检验对结果进行分析,当P<0.05有统计学意义。结果:实验组进行护理干预后,患者治疗的依从性及临床效果均明显高于对照组。结论:护理干预能提高甲状腺功能亢进患者的服药依从性。
Objective：To investigate the infl uence of nursing intervention on Drug Treatment Compliances in Patients with Hyperthyroidism. Methods：100 patients with Hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group each group with 50 patients. The experimental group was given whole-process health education besides conventional nursing, and the control group was treated with conventional nursing. The results underwent χ2 and t test, and it had signifi cant difference when P 0.05. Results：The treatment compliance of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion：Active nursing intervention can improve the drug treatment compliances of Hyperthyroidism patients.
