摘要
【目的】研究平欧杂种榛品种(系)的水分利用效率(WUE),探讨品种(系)间的抗旱性差异,为杂种榛的抗旱选育提供理论依据。【方法】以26个品种(系)为材料,采用瞬时光合特性与稳定碳同位素技术相结合的方法,分析品种(系)间WUE的差异。【结果】6^#、26^#与其它24个品种(系)的瞬时水分利用效率(WUET)存在显著差异(P〈0.05),6^#、26^#、3^#、30^#、27^#、29^#、21^#、24^#具有较高的WUET;品种(系)间的长期水分利用效率(WUEL)存在显著差异(P〈0.05),其中5^#、12^#、2^#、11^#、30^#、18^#、7^#、4^#的WUEL较高。【结论】30^#、2^#、3^#、5^#、6^#、12^#、24^#、7^#、26^#品种(系)具有较高的抗旱性。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to research the differences of water - use - efficiency of Hy- brid Hazelnuts to discuss the drought resistance of each varieties in order to provide the foundation for drought resistance breeding. [ Method ] With 26 Hybrid Hazelnuts as materials, this test combined the methods of in- stantaneous Photosynthetic Parameters technique and stable carbon isotopes to analyze the differences of water - use - efficiency of 26 Hybrid Hazelnuts. [ Result] There were obvious difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ) between 6^#, 26^# and the other 24 varieties in the instantaneous water - use - efficiency (WUET). 6^#, 26^#, 3^#, 30^#, 27^#,29^#, 21^#and 24^# had higher WUET than others. There were significant differences (P 〈0. 05) in the longterm water use efficiency (WUEL) between tested cultivars, of which, 5 ^#, 12^#, 2^#, 11 ^#, 30^#, 18^#, 7^#and 4 ^# had higher WUEL. [ Conclusion] Comprehensive analysis showed that 30^#, 2^#, 3^#, 5^#, 6^#, 12^#, 24^#, 7^# and 26^# had higher drought -resistance.
