摘要
本文对精益思想的产生、精益管理理论的起源与发展进行了较为完整的阐述,并对企业运用精益管理的影响进行了说明,强调精益管理的运用对于企业的生产和发展具有重要的影响。文章也提出精益管理理论的运用可以按照"五步法"以完成项目的方式进行,以更好地实现企业盈利的目标。
The paper explores the origin and development of lean thoughts and lean management as well as their influences on running enterptise,stresses that lean management has great impact on enterprise development.It also points out that lean management theory can be carried out in a five-step method by identifying and completing various project assignments so as to make more profits for enterprises.
