摘要
为探究东乡野生稻内生真菌中生物活性菌株的种群分布和拮抗潜力,本文采用菌落形态观察及ITS-r DNA序列分析法分别对5株前期获得的具有抑制水稻纹枯病菌的内生真菌进行种属鉴定,菌株DX-THL3、DX-SER3、DX-THL2、DX-SES3和DX-THS2分属于帚枝霉(Sarocladium oryzae)、正青霉(Eupenicillium sp.)、黑孢霉(Nigrospora sphaerica)、小球壳孢属(Microsphaeropsis arundinis)和Saccharicola sp.。菌丝生长抑制法测定结果显示,有4株菌株发酵浓缩液对水稻纹枯病菌有抑制活性,其中菌株DX-THL3和DX-SES3发酵培养8d对水稻纹枯病菌的抑制率最高,显示了良好的生物防治水稻纹枯病菌的潜力,该研究为东乡野生稻内生真菌资源在水稻病害防治中的应用奠定了基础。
The aim of the paper was to inverstigate the species distribution and inhibition potential of endophytic fungi from Dongxiang wild rice( Oryza rufipogon Griff.). Five strains isolated and showed inhibition potential against Rhizotonia solani have identified by morphyology and ITS sequences. The results showed that DX- THL3、DX- SER3、 DX- THL2、 DX- SES3 and DX- THS2 belonged to Sarocladium oryzae,Eupenicillium sp.,Nigrospora sphaerica,Microsphaeropsis arundinis and Saccharicola sp.,respectively. There were four strains had inhibited R. solani by growth rate method,while DX- THL3 and DX- SES3 had significantly inhibition rate to R. solani under cultured 8 days and showed better potential in biocontrol pathogens of rice. The study provides more information for the biocontrol of R. solani disease with endophytic fungi from. O. rufipogon Griff.
