摘要
γδT细胞参与了固有免疫和适应性免疫,其可以识别微生物以及肿瘤表达的抗原,然后产生免疫监视功能,在免疫应答中具有重要的作用。目前有许多研究发现,γδT细胞与其他免疫细胞有着密切的关系。另外,γδT细胞在肿瘤微环境的建立以及肿瘤免疫的发展过程中被视为重要的免疫细胞,成为目前国内外研究过继性细胞免疫疗法治疗肿瘤的热点之一。
Gamma delta T cells are involved in innate and adaptive immunity. These cells can recognize the microorganism and the antigens of tumor, and then produce the immune surveillance function,which play an important role in the immune response. At present, many studies have found that gamma delta T cells have a close relationship with other immune cells. Additionally, gamma delta T Cells are regarded as important immune cells in the tumor micro - environment establishment and the development process of tumor immunity . γδTceils have become one of research hotspots in adoptive cellular immunotherapy and the treatment of cancer.
