摘要
近年来,黄石市城乡社会保障体系建设取得了较大成绩。但由于受到户籍、体制、思想观念等综合因素的影响,当前黄石市城乡社会保障体系建设中还存在着城乡社会保障制度割裂、保障水平低且不均等问题。为此,文章从城乡社会保障体系机制建设、资金筹集管理以及提升城乡社会保障服务水平等方面,提出了推进黄石城乡社会保障体系建设的对策建议。
In recent years, Huangshi has made great achievements in the construction of urban and rural social security system. However, due to the influence of such comprehensive factors as household registration, system, ideas and so on, there are still problems such as the separation of urban and rural social security system, unequality and low level of security in the construction of urban and rural social security in Huangshi. To solve the problems, some suggestions including the mechanism construction of urban and rural social security system, fund - raising management and improvement of urban and rural social security services are put forward.
