摘要
以2012—2014年中国沪深两市家族上市公司中的1128位家族成员为研究样本,利用其板面数据,检验了亲缘关系对家族企业内部权力(所有权、投票权和管理权)配置的影响。结果显示:亲缘关系对家族企业内部权力配置的影响表现为业主权威效应和差序格局效应;3个权力维度上的差序格局效应强度存在差异,其中在投票权配置中表现得最为明显,所有权次之,管理权再次之;家族成员的性别和受教育程度以及公司特征等因素对三权配置也存在不同程度的影响。
Based on the panel data of 1128 family members from family firms listed in the stock market in China from 2012 to 2014,this paper explores the impact of kinship on the power(ownership,voting right and management)allocation in family firms.The result shows as follows:the impact of kinship is very significant,and could be summarized into owner authority effect and differential pattern effect;differential pattern effects have different intensities at three dimensions,and this effect in the allocation of voting right is the most obvious,followed by ownership and management;family member's gender and education degree have different effects on power allocation.
