摘要
目的对白云区19所小学2 757名小学二年级儿童的第一恒磨牙进行窝沟封闭前检查,对其表面形态、萌出情况、龋坏状况进行分析,为龋病防治工作提供参考。方法对2 757名儿童第一恒磨牙进行检查,按照牙齿表面形态及萌出状况进行分类、记录,检查结果汇总分析。结果 2 757名二年级小学生中有509名第一恒磨牙龋坏,患龋率18.5%。浅窝沟牙齿占总牙数2.7%,深窝沟占总牙数的81.87%,未萌出牙占总牙数5.3%,龋齿占总牙数10.13%。结论二年级小学生适合做窝沟封闭,此年龄组2 757名儿童的11 028颗六龄齿中,已经萌出并且需要窝沟封闭治疗的牙齿超过80%,浅窝沟率较低,部分牙齿尚未完全萌出,10.13%的牙齿已经龋坏,需及时充填,预防牙齿缺失。
Objective To provide reference for the prevention and treatment of the dental caries in primary children by examining the first permanent molars before the pit and fissure sealant in 2 757 second - grade students of 19 primary schools in Baiyun District, Guangzhou and the surface morphology, eruption condition and the degree of caries were analyzed. Methods The first permanent molars of 2 757 children were examined. Then these children were classified and recorded by the surface morphology and eruption condition of their teeth. At last, the examination results were completely analyzed. Results 509 of 2 757 students had their first permanent molars decayed. The caries rate was 18.5%. Shallow pit and fissure teeth accounted for 2.7% in the total number of teeth, with the percentage of deep pit and fissure teeth for 81.87% , incomplete eruption of first permanent molar for 5.3% and dental Caries for 10.13%. Conclusion The grade 2 primary students are appropriate for pit and fissure sealant therapy. More than 80% of total 11 028 six - year - teeth of 2 757 children in the age group were erupted and needed fissure sealing treatment, characterized by low rate of shallow pit and fissure. Part of the first molars were not completely erupted. 10.13% of the teeth were already decayed which need tooth filling to prevent further loss.
