摘要
目的 探讨阿魏酸钠治疗阿尔茨海默病的临床疗效.方法 选取2012年6月～2014年3月在我院住院确诊的阿尔茨海默病（AD）患者,随机均分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础加用阿魏酸钠,采用成人韦氏记忆量表（Wechsler Memory Scale,WMS）和简易精神状态检查（Mini-mental State Examination,MMSE）分别对两组患者治疗前后的记忆能力和认知功能进行评分,并观察治疗后两组的临床疗效与不良反应.结果 治疗后,观察组患者的WMS和MMSE评分与治疗前差异有统计学意义（p＜0.05）,且WMS和MMSE评分高于对照组[（24.55±5.29）vs （20.38±5.18）],组间差异有统计学意义（p＜0.05）;观察组的总有效率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义（90.0％ vs.70％）,p ＜0.05;观察组和对照组分别有8例和6例患者出现轻微不良反应,差异无统计学意义（p＞0.05）.结论 阿魏酸钠能有效地改善阿尔茨海默病患者记忆能力和认知功能,治疗阿尔茨海默病安全可靠,值得临床进一步推广.
Objective To explore clinical efficacy about Ferulic acid sodium treatment of alzheimer＇s disease. Methods The 80 cases of alzheimer＇s disease（AD） patients in our hospital from June 2012 to March 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group were given by conventional treatment, but the observation group were given by ferulic acid sodium on the basis of the conventional treatment. The memory capacity and cognitive function of the two groups were respectively scored by Wechsler memory scale （ WMS ） and Mini - mental state examination （ MMSE ） before and after treatment. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed after treatment. Resttlls After treatment, the WMS and MMSE score of the patients in the observation group had statistically significant difference than before （p 〈 0.05 ）, and they were higher than the control group and had statistically significant difference in groups [ （24.55 ±5.29） vs. （20.38 ±5.18） ], p 〈 0.05 ; After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group and had statistically significant difference in groups （90.0% vs. 70% ） （p 〈0.05） ; The 8 cases of patients with mild adverse reaction appearred in the observation group and the 6 cases in the control group , and the two groups were no statistically significant difference （p 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Ferulic acid sodium can effectively improve the memory capacity and cognitive function of alzheimer＇s patients. It is safe and reliable in treatment of alzheimer＇s disease, and is worthy of further promotion.
