摘要
目的探讨通心络胶囊佐治糖尿病心肌病的药物疗效。方法将纳入对照研究的72例糖尿病心肌病患者按随机数字表法分成2组:1对照组36例给予降血糖、降血压、调脂等常规治疗;2观察组36例再口服通心络胶囊治疗。比较两组血糖水平、血液流变学、心脏结构及功能参数值的变化情况。结果观察组治疗后的FBG、PBG、Hb A1c血糖指标水平优于对照组(p<0.05);观察组治疗后的ηb、ηp、Fg血液流变学指标水平的改善程度较对照组显著(p<0.05);观察组治疗后的LAd、LVEDd、IVSd、LVPWd心脏结构指标水平和EF、FS、PE、PA、E/A心脏功能指标水平明显优于对照组(p<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊佐治糖尿病心肌病能够改善血液流变学和心肌重构,促进心脏功能恢复和提高。
Objective To investigate the drug efficacy of Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy. Methods The 72 cases of diabetic cardiomyopathy patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group （ n = 36） and observation group （ n = 36）. The control group was taken with lower blood sugar, blood pressure, lipid and other conventional treatment, and the observation group was taken with Tongxinluo capsule. The parameter about blood sugar levels , blood rheology , cardiac structure and function in 2 groups was observed and compared. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the level of FBG, PBG and HbA1 c in the observation group was sig- nificantly better than the control group （p 〈 0.05） ; the degree of improvement hemorheology about ηb, ηp and Fg in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group （p 〈 0.05） ; the cardiac structure parameters a- bout LAd, LVEDd, IVSd, LVPWd and the cardiac function parameters about EF, FS, PE, PA and E/A in the observation group was significantly better than the control group （p 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy can improve blood rheology and myocardial remodeling , and promote recovery and improve heart function.
