摘要
对总会计师在医院内的职责和能力发挥方面作了探讨,阐述了总会计师如何把握好在医院经济管理中的角色定位、根据岗位职责发挥好重要作用、并处理好各方面关系,旨在提升医院总会计师的履职能力,提高总会计师在现代医院经济管理中的作用。
This paper mainly discussed the responsibility and the ability of chief accountants and described how to clearly define the role of chief accountants, how to effectively work on the basis of position duty and how to balance the relationship of all related aspects. The paper aimed to improve the ability of performing chief accountants＇ duty in hospitals and enhancing their function in the modem hospital economic management.
