摘要
通过对石灰石进行不同粒度下的Bond球磨功指数试验,分析功指数内部参数变化规律,同时将功指数试验转换为工业试验,发现随着磨矿粒度变细,磨矿产能降低,磨机实际单位功耗增加,而功指数并没有明显变化规律,计算单位功耗与实际单位功耗存在一定差异,这种规律和差异值得人们深思和重视。
After the test for Bond work index of the ball mill containing various fineness limestone, the paper analyzed the variation laws of internal parameters of the work index, and transferred the work index test to industrial test. The results showed: with the product fineness getting tiny, the yield of the ball mill reduced, actual specific energy consumption of the ball mill increased, while the work index had no obvious variation laws; the calculated specific energy consumption had some difference from the actual one. The laws and the difference were worthy of pondering and attention.
