离柳矿区采空区下坚硬太灰岩顶板矿压显现规律 被引量:1

摘要 以离柳矿区太原组灰岩顶板为工程背景,通过对矿区内太原组灰岩赋存条件、岩石物理力学性能的研究,建立两个矿区灰岩顶板结构模型,利用关键层理论,判断开采过程中灰岩顶板的运动规律。比较矿区回采工作面矿压显现规律与计算结果,归纳出顶板正常来压和异常来压规律。研究表明,L1灰岩作为直接顶垮落,初次来压步距28.6~35.8 m,周期来压步距8.3~11.4 m,周来压期间矿压显现不剧烈;灰岩组岩层同时断裂时工作面矿压显现剧烈,容易压死支架,确保L1灰岩及时冒落和防止L4灰岩断裂位置前移是控制顶板稳定的关键。 Taking Taiyuan group limestone roof as an engineering background in Liliu mine, on the analysis of occurrence, rock physical and mechanical performance of the Taiyuan group limestone, the structure models of limestone roof in two mines were established. The theory of key stratum was used to determine the movement rule of limestone roof in the mining. Mine pressure behavior and calculation were compared to sum up the normal and abnormal weighting. The results show that, as direct roof collapses, the first weighting interval of L1 limestone is 28.6~35.8 meters, periodical weighting interval is 8.3~11.4meters. the strata behavior is not obvious in the process of the periodical weighting. The strata behavior is severe when the limestone strata break at the same time and the support is liable to crash. Therefore, it is essential to ensure the prompt collapse of the L1 limestone and to prevent the breaking position of L4 limestone from moving forward.
