摘要
以井东煤业有限公司44304综放工作面为工程背景,研究了沿空留巷掘进中留设煤柱宽度的问题,建立了工作面沿空护巷煤柱静载作用下力学模型,理论计算出临界煤柱宽度9.6 m,同时采用数值模拟的方法,模拟不同煤柱宽度下巷道顶底板移近量、两帮移近量及最大主应力分布的变化规律,取各参量的最大值为分析判断合理煤柱宽度留设的参考标准,综合优选出工作面沿空护巷的窄煤柱宽度为10 m。
Taking No.44304 fully-mechanized mining face in Jindong Mine as engineering background, the width of coal pillars along gob-side entry retaining was studied. Under static load, a mechanical model was established. The critical value of the pillar width was obtained by theoretical calculation. In addition, the variation of roof-floor displacement, two-side displacement, and maximum stress distribution under different widths of pillars were studied by numerical simulation. The maximum value of each parameter was used as the reference standard to judge the rationality of the width of coal pillars. Finally, the narrow coal pillars width was determined to be 10 m by integrated optimum selection.
