摘要
当前我国处于社会转型的特殊时期,受复杂的国际、国内因素影响,我国的治安防控面临着严峻的新形势,在当前动态化、信息化条件下,我国如何主动适应面临的新形势来构建社会治安防控体系是亟需解决的重要课题,本文主要从制度层面探讨新形势下我国社会治安防控体系的构建。
Efficient and reasonable recovery of waste heat resources is an important way to reduce the energy consumption in iron and steel enterprises. Taking into account the technical implementation difficulty, factory benefit and other factors, the reasonableness of recovery technology cannot be used as a unique evaluation criterion. Energy utilization rationality, technical feasibility and investments economics are presented as evaluation criterion on the basis of a series of factors and the basic line of waste heat utilization technology is given, which can be the reference for waste heat recovery.
