摘要
当前群体性事件的发生是我国经济和社会发展变革过程中各种问题和矛盾的综合反映,层出不穷的群体性事件,其背后反映的本质是什么?如何从根本上解决社会稳定问题?通过从法理学的角度进行剖析,概括群体性事件的本质、特点,分析群体性事件的经济成因和法理本质,以期找出根源并寻求解决之途径。
The occurance of current group events is a comprehensive reflection of a variety of problems and contradictions in the process of economic development and social change. What essence is reflected behind the endless group events？ How to solve the problems of social stability fundamentally？ By analyzing from the perspective of jurisprudence, the paper summarizes the nature and features of group events and analyzes the economic cause and legal nature of group events, in order to identify the root cause and seek ways to solve it.
