摘要
根据广西税收管理风险的实际情况,构建一套符合国家要求和广西税收风险特点的防控系统,实现依托信息化手段,提高税收工作效率,降低税收风险的目的。平台主要是通过抽取各个涉税业务系统的数据,构建税务行业特点的数据仓库,把原来散布在各个业务系统的零星数据有效的关联起来。通过对数据进行ETL,获得有效的预警数据,满足税务部门工作的需求,一步降低税收执法风险,提升税务工作的信息化水平和效率。
According to the actual situation of Guangxi tax risk management, to build a consistent with national requirements and Guangxi tax risk characteristics of prevention and control system, realize relying on information means, improve the work efficiency of the tax, reduce the tax risk. The platform is mainly through select the various tax related business system data, building data warehouse of the tax on the industry characteristics, the original scattered in the sporadic data of various business systems and effective link. Through the data ETL, access to effective early warning data, meet the needs of tax department work, further reduce tax law enforcement risk, improve informatization level and efficiency of the tax work.
