摘要
结合巷道监测技术、激光测距原理与计算机数据处理技术,提出巷道全断面监测方法,并研制了围岩变形监测及可视化分析系统。该方法结合十字收敛测量法和极坐标测量法实现巷道全断面监测,在此基础上,借助现有的激光测距产品,研制巷道全断面激光测量仪测量围岩变形数据,开发配套可视化分析软件实现测量数据的智能化可视分析。最后,运用该系统进行了实验室实测分析,表明新方法操作简便、适应性强,可以很好的测量巷道全断面的数据。
Combining with the roadway monitoring technology,laser ranging principle and data processing technique,we proposed roadway whole section monitoring method and developed surrounding rock deformation monitoring with visualization analysis system.The method combined with the cross convergence method and the polar coordinate measuring method to monitor whole section roadway.With the help of the existing laser range products,we developed whole section roadway deformation monitoring instrument and supporting visualization analysis software,which can measure the deformation data and intelligently analyze measure data. The result of system applying in laboratory test showed that the new method is simple and adaptable and it also can accurately measure roadway whole section data.
