摘要
宽带码分多址接入(WCDMA)系统是世界范围内网络数量和用户数最多的3G标准,准确测量基站发射信号对WCDMA网络建设和优化具有重要意义。文中提出了一套完整的复合误差矢量幅度的测试算法,该算法结合功率和单码道调制误差率两个判决参数,解决了根扩频码和叶扩频码混淆的问题。利用根扩频码和叶扩频码不能同时存在的特点,优化了搜索策略,降低了搜索复杂度。目前文中所提出的Composite-EVM测量算法和改进的码道搜索算法已成功运用到实际产品中,其测量精度已满足用户对3G基站测量的需求。
Wideband code division multiple access (WCDMA) is the most popular 3G standard, and both the number of operators and that of subscribers rank No. 1 over the world. Accurately measuring the transmitting signals of WCDMA base station is meaningful to the deployment and optimization of WCDMA networks. A measurement solution to Composite EVM is proposed in this paper. Power and modulation error rate (MER), are jointly utilized to identify the spreading code between the root and leaves. The characteristic that spreading codes of root and leaves cannot exist simultaneously is exploited to optimize the search strategy and reduce the search complexity. Now, the testing algorithms of Composite EVM and the proposed code channel searching scheme are implemented to the products successfully, which meet the measurement requirements for 3G base station in respect to accuracy.
