流动相组成对尼泊金酯色谱流出行为的影响

摘要 分别用甲醇-水和乙醇-水作流动相分析尼泊金酯混合物,探讨了流动相组成对对羟基苯甲酸酯色谱流出行为的影响。结果表明:尼泊金甲酯、乙酯、丙酯、丁酯四种酯的保留时间随着流动相中有机相的增多而减少,溶质在液相色谱中的保留时间随着柱温的下降而增加,同系物的焓变随C原子数的变化成线性关系。 The effect of mobile phase composition on the flow behavior of the acid esters was studied, using methanol-water and ethanol-water as the mobile phase respectively. The results showed the retention time of the four kinds of esters the Paraben, methyl, ethyl, propyl, butyl decreased with the increase of organic phase in the mobile phase. The retention time of solute in the liquid phase chromatography increased with the decrease of column temperature. The enthalpy change of the homologous series is linear with the number of C atoms.
