摘要
以动态水热法合成的硬硅钙石为原料,加入玻璃纤维、粘结剂,经压制成型制备铸铝用硬硅钙石型转接板材料。探究了成型压力、玻璃纤维含量、粘结剂的种类与含量对样品性能的影响。利用阿基米德法测定材料密度,万能试验机测量弯曲强度,稳态法测定导热系数,抗热震性试验机测试抗热震性能。结果表明,在成型压力为20 MPa、玻璃纤维含量为5%、水玻璃含量为5%的条件下可制备密度为0.88 g/cm3、弯曲强度为7.68 MPa、收缩率为0.72%、导热系数为0.205 W/(m·K),抗热震性能优良的样品。
The materials of adapter plate used for casting aluminum was prepared via forming using xonotlite synthesized by dynamic hydrothermal process, fiberglass and binder as raw materials in this paper. The effects of forming pressure, fiberglass content, binders and their content on sample were investigated. The density of sample was measured by Archimedes law. The bending strength was tested using universal testing machine. The thermal conductivity was measured by using the steady state method and the thermal shock resistance was tested using thermal shock resistance tester. The experimental results showed that the sample with density of 0.88 g/cm3, bending strength of 7.68 MPa, shrinkage of 0.72%, thermal conductivity of 0.205 W/(m.K) and excellent thermal shock resistance was prepared when the forming pressure was 20 MPa, the content of fiberglass was 5%, the content of sodium silicate was 5%.
