摘要
通过NaCl对凹凸棒精矿复合和改性,以改善凹凸棒土的调湿性能;采用动态测定法对复合材料的吸放湿性能进行了测定,并探讨煅烧温度对复合材料调湿性能的影响机制。结果表明,随着煅烧温度的升高,复合材料的吸放湿性能先增加后减小,在300℃时达到最优。材料的调湿性能随比表面积和孔体积的增大而增大,随平均孔径的增大而先增大后减小。煅烧温度主要通过改变材料的比表面积和孔体积来影响材料的调湿性能。
Sodium chloride was selected to modify the purified attapulgite to achieve a better humidity-control performance. The prepared composites were measured by the dynamic water vapor adsorption and desorption performance. And the mechanism of the influence of calcination temperature on humidity-control performance of composites was discussed in this paper. It is indicated that the water vapor adsorption and desorption performance increase first then decrease along with the rise of the calcination temperature, and the optimum temperature is 300 ℃. The humiditycontrol performance of composites increase with the rise of specific surface area and pore volume, and increase first then decrease along with the average pore size increasing. Mainly by changing specific surface area and pore structure of composites, calcination temperature influences the humidity-control performance of composites.
