摘要
为提高松软突出煤层瓦斯抽采效果,通过分析水力压裂煤体致裂增透消突机理,在逢春煤矿石门揭煤工作面,采用高压水力压裂增透技术,进行水力压裂增透,并预抽煤层瓦斯,然后揭煤。水力压裂增透后,瓦斯抽采效果得到大幅提高,预抽达标时间缩短了220d。揭煤过程中,突出预测指标明显降低,未出现预测超标现象;并且揭煤工期缩短了40%,提高了石门揭煤施工效率。
In order to improve the gas drainage effect of the soft and outburst seam, with the analysis on the outburst elimination mechanism with the seam fracturing and permeability improving by the hydraulic pressure fracturing,in the seam opening working face in the crosscut of Fengchun Mine, the high pressure hydraulic fracturing and permeability improving technology was applied to the hydraulic fracturing and permeability improvement. After the gas pre-drainage of the seam conducted,the seam opening was made. After the hydraulic pressure fracturing and permeability improving, the gas drai- nage effect was highly improved and the pre-drainage target time was reduced by 220 days. During the seam opening process,the outburst predicted index was obviously reduced and there was no overlimit phenomenon of the prediction occurred. The seam opening period was reduced by 40% and the seam opening construction efficiency in the mine crosscut was improved.
