摘要
目的:观察股骨远端骨折患者实施微创外侧、前侧双钢板内固定结合中药熏洗的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2011年5月—2014年4月收治的股骨远端骨折患者116例,随机分为观察组与对照组各58例,对照组采用微创外侧、前侧双钢板内固定治疗,术后常规功能康复,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上结合中药熏洗治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组优良率显著高于对照组,相关并发症率明显低于对照组;治疗后近远期膝关节功能评分明显高于对照组,临床愈合时间、完全负重时间较对照组显著缩短(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论:微创外、前侧双钢板内固定联合中药熏洗治疗股骨远端骨折,能够改善术后膝关节功能状况,并促进康复、缩短骨折愈合时间,疗效显著。
Objective ： To observe the clinical effects of fumigation and washing of Chinese medicine combined with lateral and an- terior minimal invasion and double steel plate internal fixation on distal femur fracture. Methods： 116 cases with distal femur frac- ture received by this hospital from May of 2011 to April of 2014 were randomized into observation group and control group, with 58 cases in each group. Control group were performed lateral and anterior minimal invasion and double steel plate internal fixation and conducted postoperative conventional function rehabilitation. Observation group were added with fumigation and washing of Chinese medicine. The clinical effects of both groups were observed. Results ： The excellent and good rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group. The rate of relevant complications in observation group was obviously lower than that of control group. The score of the knee function in the near and forward future in observation group was markedly higher than that of control group. The clinical healing time, full weight bearing time in observation group got greatly shortened when compared with control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the difference had statistical significance. Conclusion ： In treating distal femur fracture, lateral and an- terior minimal invasion and double steel plate internal fixation combined with fumigation and washing of Chinese medicine can re- markably imprnve the postoperative knee function, promote the rehabilitation and shorten the healing time of fracture.
