摘要
目的:观察逍遥散治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:选取慢性乙型肝炎患者68例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各34例。对照组给予普通干扰素治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用逍遥散口服治疗。结果:治疗组HBV-DNA转阴率、HBe Ag转阴率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);治疗组有效率85.29%,对照组有效率61.76%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:逍遥散治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效显著。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Free Wanderer Powder on chronic hepatitis B. Methods ：68 cases with chron- ic hepatitis B randomized into control group （34 cases ） given common interferon treatment and treatment group （34 cases） addi- tionally orally given Free Wanderer Powder. Results ：The negative conversion ratios of HBV-DNA and HBeAg in treatment group were obviously higher than these in control group ; the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The effective rate was 85.29% in treatment group while 61.76 in control group; treatment group were better than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclu- sion：Free Wanderer Powder has remarkable effect on chronic hepatitis B.
