摘要
介绍了立火道温度自动检测、火落温度判断和焦饼温度监测的方法,以此建立焦炉自动优化加热控制系统。通过优化控制,能够及时对加热煤气进行调节,提高炉温的稳定性,同时对于掌握焦炭成熟情况、改善焦炭质量和及时发现异常炉号等方面具有较大的作用,提高了焦炉自动化水平和焦炉稳定性。
Based on the automatic detection of vertical flue temperature, net coking temperature judgment and coke cake temperature monitoring, an automatically optimized heating control system for coke oven battery is established. Through optimized control, the heating gas can be regulated timely to maintain stable oven temperature. Meanwhile, it helps to control the maturity of coke, improve coke quality and timely discover the abnormal oven. As a result,the automation level and stability of coke oven are improved.
