摘要
介绍一种新的二氟一氯甲烷钢瓶充装控制模式,采用PLC、称重仪表、人机接口、现场总线、数据库等技术,实现了二氟一氯甲烷钢瓶定值充装的自动控制,有效地提高了物料充装精度、工作效率和安全生产系数,降低了操作人员的劳动强度,提升了钢瓶数据信息管理水平,极大地提高了二氟一氯甲烷钢瓶充装过程的自动化及信息化水平。
This article introduce a new difluorochloromethane steel cylinder filling control mode. The system can realize automatic control of difluorochloromethane steel cylinder batch filling,by PLC,weighing instrument,man- machine interface,field bus and database technology etc. It effectively improve the material filling precision,efficiency and safety factor,reduces the labor intensity of operators,enhance the level of the cylinder data information management. So it greatly improve the automation and information level of difluorochloromethane cylinder filling process.
