摘要
由于窄坡口焊缝焊接时电弧信号受到电弧偏垂的影响,普通的焊缝偏差提取方法已不适用。所以,在结合普通V形坡口摆动电弧跟踪偏差提取的电流积分差值法的基础上,提出了一种窄间隙焊缝偏差提取算法,并获得了焊接电流信号积分差值△S与焊缝偏差值e之间的关系。为了验证偏差提取算法的精确性,进行了窄间隙坡口焊接试验,将理论计算的焊缝偏差与实际偏差进行了对比,证明了该管道窄间隙焊接电弧信号偏差提取算法的可靠性。
In narrow gap welding,arc signal occurs partial vertical,and the traditional weld deviation extraction method is not applicable.Therefore,on the basis of ordinary V- shaped groove swing arc tracking deviation extracted by the current integral difference method,a type of algorithm to extract the narrow gap welding deviation was proposed,the relationship between the welding current signal integrated difference AS and the seam deviation was obtained.In order to verify the accuracy of deviation extraction algorithm,the narrow gap welding groove experiments were carried out,and the theoretical calculations of weld deviation were compared with the actual deviation to prove that the algorithm to extract arc signal deviation in narrow gap welding of pipeline is reliable.
