摘要
肇源江段是重要的水质监测段,是松花江干流水质监测的前哨。多年来黑龙江省政府高度重视肇源江段的水质污染。本文结合大量的以往监测结果,指出了肇源县环境问题主要是水环境污染,由于上游第二松花江大量石油化工企业工业废水及大庆市部分工业废水的流入及本地区各种废水的排放使其地表水和地下水,特别是松花江的水质受到严重污染,不仅是常规监测项目超标,而且存在严重的有机污染物的污染。这使松花江的水质及流域居民身体健康受到影响。依据松花江水质的污染特征提出保护松花江水环境的方法及对策,加强污染源的控制、加强流域污染防治的法制宣传教育。
Zhaoyuan River is an important section of and the front of Songhua River mainstream for water quality monitoring.Heilongjiang provincial government has attached great importance to the water pollution problem of Zhaoyuan River section for many years.Based on the large number of previous observation results,this paper states that Zhaoyuan suffers mainly from the pollution of water environment.As a result of massive inflow of waste water from petrol-chemical factories along the Second Songhua River,the upper stream of Songhua River,and industrial effluent from Daqing as well as the discharge of a wide range of waste water in the region,surface water,ground water in Zhaoyuan and especially water in Songhua River have been heavily polluted.The indexes of routine observation items have exceeded the provided standard,and also,organic pollution is serious,which have harmful influence on people’s health.According to the pollution property,this paper proposes the methods and measures for water environ-mental protection of Songhua River,including to enhance water quality monitoring ability and ability construction of water monitoring station,strengthen the control of pollution sources,and improve the education in the legal system about pollution control.
