摘要
目的：分析65岁以上社区高血压老人心电图结果。方法分析从2013年8月～2015年8月社区体检的60例65岁以上高血压老人心电图结果。结果41例检出心电图异常（68.33%），其中19例男性检出心电图异常（67.86%）、22例女性检出心电图异常（68.75%）。异常心电图类型检出率前三位分别为：15例ST-T改变（36.59%），11例心律失常（26.83%），5例左室肥厚（12.20%）。结论65岁以上社区老年高血压心电图异常检出率较高，应给予高度重视。
Objective To analyze the elderly over 65 years of community hypertension ECG findings.Methods From August 2013~August 2015 60 cases of hypertension over 65 years old community electrocardiogram examination results.Results41 cases detected abnormal electrocardiogram （68.33%）, of which 19 males detected abnormal electrocardiogram （67.86%）, 22 cases of women with abnormal ECG detected （68.75%）. The detection rate of abnormal ECG type top three were： 15 cases of ST-T changes （36.59%）, 11 cases of arrhythmia （26.83%）, 5 cases of left ventricular hypertrophy （12.20%）.Conclusion Over 65 years of community elderly hypertensive abnormal electrocardiogram detection rate is higher, should be given high priority.
